How to create a risk assessment

A risk assessment is a table you do to make sure everything is safe.

To complete a risk assessment table you have to

1. Look at the room you are working in and what hazards you can find.

2. Look at who could be harmed by that hazard.

3. What property or equipment could be damaged by the hazard.

4. How the risk could be avoided 

5. The rate of risk (low, moderate, high and extreme)
